"Two roads diverged in a wood, and I –  I took the one less traveled ... and that has made all the difference."

-Robert Frost

My natural curiosity to explore and discover has created my identity with my hiking and outdoor adventure buddies as
"She who travels off the beaten path".

My normal response is a quote from J.R.R. Tolkien:
"Not all who wander are lost."

I am an intuitive, nature spirit, seer and visionary.
I'm a connector and usually notice the core gifts in others, and help them to recognize theirs.
I hold space for others.  I watch and feel energy.

I spend a lot of time outdoors, connecting to the world around  me and listening to Mother Earth as she speaks to me.
I believe once we know our connection to nature, we can sooner understand our connection to our inner wisdom.

I help mid-level professionals who are struggling with a job or career where they feel sold-out;  I guide them to connect to their inner calling to get on their soul's path. I show my clients how to use their intuition. Through brainstorming and visioning, I help them to
see a clearer picture of their path; guiding them to discover their unique signals and clues to follow their intuition.
My Purpose Transformation program will help you transform to the place you want to be.

If you're feeling nudged or called, and noticing signs and syncronicities popping up, while shifts are happening... if you are looking for a vision ahead, more clarity on your purpose, from where you're being guided right now, then my  60 minute Intuitive Oracle Session will clarify what's happening, help you connect to your soul medicine and give you a vision to what will come in the coming months or years.

Not sure where you're going or what you need?  You feel a nudge, but not sure what it means.  You seem to be getting strange messages, dreams or clues that don't seem to make sense and you wonder if it all means something.  My 90-minute Explore Session will help you
to clarify what it all means and where to go.
I tune in intuitively on what you need to connect to your inner self;  I guide you through visioning, metaphors and dreamwork to see deep beneath the surface - a combo journey and intuitive session.

My Story...

When at a crossroads in a career that went against my integrity, as the downsizing and pressure drained me, I realized that I had been selling myself out for the past few years.  Working in HR, I advised people on their life's decisions but was in no position to take the time to work on my own.
As others were let go, I was pressured into relocation with a cut in pay.

Instead, I took the leap of faith, answered my soul's call to adventure and resigned -- without a back-up plan.

Now, I help you in your situation to find your calling before the crash, so you can follow what your soul is leading you to.  I gently guide you in making your own decisions on your future before the safety net is pulled out.

Starting in my teens with studies of metaphysics, I discovered my intuition.  I applied what I learned to my daily life and developed my own ways to grow through my experiences in the outdoors.

Each step on my journey has led me to who I am today – an adventure guide for the soul.  I've found the balance over the years from over-thinking to trusting my higher self to lead me where I need to go.

The longer version of my story:

In my 20s, like most people, I had all kinds of dreams for my life – everything seemed possible!  I hadn’t even gotten started yet, when my life turned upside down. I found myself in Germany with my then soldier husband, and put my dreams aside for a while.  Within two years, he chose to leave his career- and me. Three weeks later, my mom passed away.  We were very close, and her loss turned me upside down and left me feeling adrift and confused.

So there I was, in a foreign country, on my own, with nowhere to turn. I had a job that was reasonably satisfying but wasn’t sure I belonged there.

It was a very scary time. I questioned myself – a lot.   Should I go back home, get a degree, start over?
On paper, that made sense – except that every time I decided to return to the U.S., something would happen to block my path.

During those difficult times, whenever I felt lost or out of balance, I often went for a walk in the woods or along the river.
Each time, the stillness and quiet would restore my clarity and help me find answers. I noticed that being in nature made me feel more calm and confident. Gradually, I was learning to trust myself to take the right steps, even if they were small ones.

Still wondering, still questioning my life, my coworker Mike suggested I go on a hiking trip in the Alps with his outdoor program.
I was in no kind of shape for high-altitude hiking, but something was calling me, so I said yes.
My life was never the same. The next year, I went on many hikes, and also learned to snowboard and kayak.

Before long, I was teaching these sports to others on weekends, and leading hiking trips. I felt I had a knack for bringing out the best in people and helping them feel safe outside their comfort zone. I noticed that when people shared their experiences afterward, they often felt motivated to make changes in other parts of their lives. It all seemed like magic.

Several years later, I met my husband, and we joined together in these adventures, helping people enhance their lives through nature.

I sometimes joked that I wished I could do all the exciting stuff full-time and get paid, but I didn’t really believe that was possible.
So every Monday, after inspiring other people to get out of their ruts, I would climb back into mine. Now I know it is possible, and that's exactly what I do.

But I couldn’t ignore the truth forever. At a certain point it felt so rewarding to use my full potential and help others find their purpose, that I finally took the leap to make it my life.
